TEFAF New York is returning to the historic Park Avenue Armory from May 12–16 with an invitation-only Collectors Preview May 11. Over 90 exhibitors from 13 countries are presenting modern and contemporary art, jewelry, antiques and design.

TEFAF New York was started in 2016 as an extension of TEFA Maastricht, one of the oldest and biggest international fairs for collectible antiques, furniture and design in the world. The shows have a reputation for rigorous vetting standards and therefore participating dealers tend to present only the very highest quality works of art.

The fair is also one of the most visually beautiful art and design fairs, with Tom Postma Design responsible for a luxurious and innovative layout that includes wide, spacious hallways, walls lined with curtains of filmy white voile, and dramatic flower displays. The result is a relaxed, inviting, optimal environment for collectors.

The fair attracts the world’s most distinguished galleries, including Ben Brown Fine Arts (United Kingdom), Bernard Goldberg Fine Arts, LLC (United States), Donald Ellis Gallery (United States), Edward Tyler Nahem (United States), Landau Fine Art (Canada), Galerie Patrick Seguin (France) Galleria Continua (Italy), Gallery Hyundai (South Korea) Geoffrey Diner (United States) Hostler Burrows (United States) and Laffanour / Galerie Downtown (France) among many others.

TEFAF New York provides curated spaces mixing objects within the period rooms of the Armory in addition to the main floor of galleries. The fair also includes educational on-site programming for visitors and this year, a concurrent edition of TEFAF Online with a selection of the fair’s masterpieces accessible to audiences everywhere.
