Ungaro's upbringing was colored by his Italian heritage, with his father, a skilled tailor, migrating from Italy to France to escape the grip of the fascist regime. Gifted with a sewing machine at a tender age by his father, Ungaro's passion for fashion began to blossom.

The Birth of a Fashion Empire
Venturing to Paris at the youthful age of 22, Ungaro embarked on a transformative journey. His avant-garde creations, characterized by geometric shapes and futuristic motifs, captivated the fashion world.
