Luigi Caccia Dominioni (1913-2016) was an Italian architect and designer who was born in Milan, Italy. He was one of the most important figures of Italian post-war architecture, and his work was characterized by its simplicity, elegance, and attention to detail.
 
Caccia Dominioni studied architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, and he established his own architecture firm in Milan in 1947. He designed a wide range of buildings, including residential and commercial buildings, churches, and cultural institutions. His notable projects include the Villa Necchi Campiglio, a residential building in Milan, and the Church of San Giovanni Battista in Vigevano, Italy.
 
In addition to his work as an architect, Caccia Dominioni was also a talented designer. He designed furniture, lighting fixtures, and household objects, and his designs were known for their functionalism and clean lines.
 
Caccia Dominioni was widely recognized for his contributions to Italian architecture and design. He received many awards throughout his career, including the Italian Order of Merit for Culture and Art in 1995. He passed away in Milan in 2016 at the age of 102.
