Robert C. Jackson (b. 1964, Kinston, NC) transitioned from a successful career as an Electrical Engineer, earning his BSEE from the University of Delaware in 1986, to pursue his passion for contemporary still life art full-time. Over the years, Jackson's distinctive artwork has been showcased in galleries and museums across the United States.
His work is part of esteemed collections, including the Delaware Art Museum, Brandywine River Museum of Art, Evansville Museum of Art, History, and Sciences, South Dakota Art Museum, New Britain Museum of American Arts, The Mattatuck Museum, and the Seven Bridges Foundation, as well as numerous private collectors worldwide.
In addition to his artistic achievements, Jackson authored the 2014 publication "Behind the Easel," which delves into the unique perspectives of 20 contemporary representational painters, further establishing his influence in the art community.
