A charming pop-up book, extremely well-preserved, which fold out 360 degrees to create a functioning open walled doll house, containing 4 rooms: a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Bancroft specialised in the production of children's pop-up and interactive books.
Landscape 8vo (225 x 150 mm); comprising four double-page pop-up scenes, each with a narrative of life in a doll's house, spiral bound to allow the house to open 360 degrees, pop ups in full working order with no evidence of later repair; a couple chips to spine, otherwise in very good condition. -
