1 Volume. Harriet Beecher Stowe, Women in Sacred History. Bound in full brown morocco with the cover displaying a gilt-tooled border and open-tooled floral corner details. The spines display raised bands, panel details, and label lettering, all gilt-tooled. All of the edges are gilded. Illustrated with 25 chromolithographs after paintings by Raphael, Batoni, Horace, Verner, Goodall, Landelle, Koehler, Portaëls, Vernet-Lecomte, Baader, Merle, Boulanger, and others. Published by J.B. Ford & Co. in New York, 1873.
