Edwardian Art Nouveau sterling silver picture frame. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1931. Rectangular window in flat surround; on front curvilinear cartouches inset with acid-etched leafing scrollwork alternating with vacant ones. Sides plain. With glass, silk lining, stained-wood back and hinged easel support. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 21765A (first produced in 1931), and director’s letter m. Very good condition with strong definition.
