Carl Auböck #3632 watering can in patinated brass and cane. Designed in the 1940s, this incredibly clean and refined Viennese watering can is executed in hand woven cane, polished and darkly patinated brass by Werkstätte Carl Auböck, Austria.

Produced by Carl Auböck IV in the original Auböck workshop in the 7th district of Vienna using the same exacting standers, high-quality materials, original molds and techniques of his legendary namesake. Auböck's design career was long and varied, reaching its pinnacle of prestige at the Triennale di Milano in 1954, where he received four gold medals in recognition of his iconic work.
Please note that only one representative example of each item is shown in the images. Finish varies from item to item due to the handmade nature of their fabrication and due to the unique chemical patination process, which is meant to simulate 80-100 years of exposure of brass to sunlight.
