Decorative 20th century Art Nouveau walnut jewellery box from the early period in Austria around 1910. A gorgeous looking solid wooden box with a fantastic grain. The original interior is nicely fitted out with a dark blue embossed leather drop-down section in the lid and additionally covers a removable compartment covered with blue paper. On top of the lid you have a small inlayed metall shield which offers space for engraving initials (great as a personalized gift). This lovely Art Nouveau jewelry box still keeps the original, fully functional lock including the key. A shimmering mother of pearl key plate finalizes the great look. A really beautiful, early 20th century walnut jewelry box coming in great original condition.
