Description
A wonderful bespoke photophore, hurricane, or storm lantern of monumental scale by Acroterion having a large rolled-rim clear glass shade mouth blown and hand-formed by master glassblowers Nathan Hoogs and Elizabeth Crawford of Hoogs & Crawford, Canaan, New York, secured by sealing wax in the traditional manner to an antique 19th century Indian mughal style engraved brass hookah base included with both a removable brass pillar candle holder and japanned tin crimped-rim taper candle holder.
