Bitossi vase, ceramic, blue turquoise, impressed, textured, signed. Medium scale chunky vase from Aldo Londi's 'Lacrima' series. Its body is decorated with a relief pattern of impressed teardrops. 2 tiny specs of loss on the rim (photo 10) and some scattered loss to the body's relief. The interior of the vase is glazed in a rich cobalt blue. Signed on the underside: "1957, Italy."
