Description
Antique Silver and Glass Inkwell Paperweight Birmingham 1900 H. Matthews. The inkwell with pierced foliage and vacant cartouche silver decoration, plain hinged thread surround cover all on plain glass body with unusual octagonal and diamond square cut glass base. Good clear and full hallmarks on silver body and also hallmarked with lion passant and date letter interior of cover. Height: 2.125 inches. Diameter of base: 3.125 inches. Extremely minor wear mentioned purely for accuracy purposes.
