Rare and important hand-blown glass vase from the “Windows (Finestre) Series” incorporating multicolor rods, lattimo (white glass) and murrhines by Anzolo Fuga for Arte Vetraria Muranese (A.V.E.M.) Murano Italy, circa 1960. This Fuga design was not only extremely difficult to execute, it was avante garde and still stands out as a testament to his creativity and artisanship. This work is superb.
