Expressive original art deco sculpture of a panther and deer running in battle from France around 1930.
By Irenee Rochard, engraving signature in the plinth.
Regule / art cast on a granite base.
Refinished condition.
The Deer light color and coated white gold. Panther and base are painted in black. Artfully cracked lacquer finish imitating stone on the base.
