Description
Bitossi box, ceramic, blue, green, white stripes, signed. Small scale colorful lidded box decorated with a tight hard edge pattern of blue, green and white stripes which play off nice with the chunky coarse matte chocolate brown stripe that runs perpendicular. Signed 46/98 Italy on the underside of the box. Please note that the lid does not lie flush on all corners. The minor warping to the lid likely occurred in the firing or glazing process at the Bitossi factory.
