A Royal presentation silver inkstand by Carrington & Co., in the form of two military drums from the Kings Own Hussars with regimental crest with battle honours, on three feet, the hinged covers enclosing glass inkwells set on an ebonised plinth with a pen tray in front of a silver inscription plaque stating ‘Presented to H.R.H. Princess Margaret by All Ranks 3rd the Kings Own Hussars’, hall marks London, C&C, 1957.
