Description
Volcanic Glazed Stoneware, thrown and altered. Halper worked with stoneware clay, her sculptural works were crafted from stoneware containing grog and fired to cone 10 in an electric kiln. Her organic forms were made using her own specially developed volcanic glaze formulas, resulting in a highly textured surface.
