Large Italian Coat Rack by Giuseppe Rivadossi in Wood
-
Description
Imposing and important clothes rack totem designed by Giuseppe Rivadossi in the 1970s. The entire garment rack is made of carved and patinated Oak Wood, polished finish. At the base we have a very solid painted metal plate that acts as a pivot to the whole realization. The base always allows , through a mechanism, its complete rotation. The large garment rack has a very very clean and imposing line. In the center of the structure we find a carved insert on the oak as a decorative element. This carved decorative element was made with geometric patterns.
Note at the base eight square elements with central hole that serve as umbrella holders, and 4 higher ones for longer umbrellas. Above them rise 12 clothes hangers also made of oak in sculptural form. The clothes rack exactly resembles a sculptural totem given its majestic forms and is ideal for furnishing entrances or grand foyers with great visual impact. The totem is also ideal living rooms of great importance and elegance. -
