The gilt lacquered base, with guilloche plinth, raised on a fluted socle supporting multifaceted, jewel incased columns. This issuing two foliate scroll arms and central diamond cut columns, all with radial cut drip pans, hung with double cut spangles and icicles of the finest quality. These terminating with diamond and swirl cut candle nozzles.
