Holdcroft Majolica stick or umbrella stand which features banana leaves. The stand has a triangular cross section. Turquoise ground version. Colouration: turquoise, green, yellow, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Holdcroft pottery. Bears a pattern number, '14'. Book reference ,'Majolica A complete History and illustrated Survey' by Karmason & Stacke, page 107, figure 1.
