Description
Italian stone bust of the Roman emperor Caracalla, circa 1950. Seen here in attire typical of busts of Caracalla, who was shown with short cropped curls and stubble beard, and a paludamentum draped over his breastplate, all nods to being a Military leader. Remembered as a cruel leader and seen here with a stern stare.
