The Japanese-born American ceramic artist, based in Omaha, Nebraska is known for crating ceramic sculpture with abstract and expressive glaze pattern. The Zen ambience it carries is mysterious and meditative, open for interpretation by the viewer.
The piece is signed and dated "Kaneko '90," verso with wire hanger.
