Pair of Roman travertine marble and bronze obelisks "Empire" -Grand Tour collection- produced by Lorenzo Ciompi, 2019 designed, produced and executed directly in exclusivity for Compendio Gallery on limited edition of 10.
Roman travertine open pore, bronze dark patina details all the bronze details was made expressly from a important roman bronzist from original cast model by Bottega Valadier and others neoclassic models-end XVIII° century.
Peak cover, imperial eagles, pine cone, lauren crowns, Roman chitara, four bronze spheres pedestial, verso base, others details very good gold bronze patina.
Measures: H 47 cm, 10 x 10 cm.

His collection includes famous items designed by Gio Ponti as well as other well-known Italian designers such as Ico Pairisi, Osvaldo Borsani, Carlo De Carli , Carlo Mollino, Melchiorre Bega, Joe Colombo. A lot of furniture items projected by these designers were published on important magazines such as AD, The World Interiors, Elle, Domus.
