Mid-Century Modern Brutalist Flame Four Piece Bronze & Black Enamel Firetool Set
-
Description
This stunning and dramatic Mid-Century Modern four piece fire tool set was realized in the United States, circa 1950. A cantilevered bronze support ascends from an amorphic shield form black enamel base that holds three tools (a poker, brush and shovel). These tools are created in black enamel with sculptural bronze handles suggesting stylized brutalized flames. With its idiosyncratic form and artisanal craftsmanship, this fire tool set promises to beautify any interior that it graces, regardless of the style. Excellent vintage condition.
American, circa 1950
