A Monumental Orientalist Bronze Sculpture “Cavalier Arabe” After Emile Guillemin, signed Barge Fils.
This massive sculpture depicts an Arab on a horse returning from his hunt, in gilt and patinated bronze. With gold patina to equestrian figure and stallion accouterments.
The present sculpture is after a very famous model done by Barye and E. Guillemin titled “Cavalier Arabe”. This was made in France in the 1950’s, by Barge Fils, with extremely high quality bronze and patina throughout.
Very good condition, would look amazing in any room.
