Mid Century Murano sommerso glass vase. Cut facets show inner garnet and yellow colors. Retains original manufacturer sticker. Neck opening measures 2.25”.
Sommerso is the glassmaking technique of creating two or more layers of contrasting glass without the colors mixing together. The technique was originally developed in the 1930's and later made famous by the work of Flavio Poli. - More Information
