Gorgeous bowls, decorated with an intense blue glaze & modeled with Nils Kahler's legendary stamped herringbone pattern. Chamotte—also known as ‘grog’, ‘firesand’ or 'fireclay'—is calcined clay containing a high proportion of alumina and produces intense color and finish. With their deep turquoise color and herringbone design, these are classic Kähler! Signed Nils, HAK. Manufactured by Kähler. (Medium bowl is sold, large blue and smaller turquoise bows available - priced each)
