Pair of German 800 silver pheasants, ca 1910. A rooster and hen with round bodies, layered tails, scaly talons, and pointed beaks. The rooster has turned head and the hen is midstride. Can be arranged to suggest internal conflict or external threat. Wings hinged for a real flareup. Hanau maker’s stamp (Johann S. Kurz). Very good condition.
