Pair of George III sterling silver candlesticks. Made by William Café in London in 1762. Each: Spool socket with detachable bobeche mounted to leaf-capped and knopped baluster shaft; raised and scrolled foot. Six scallop shells on foot and bobeche. Midcentury Georgian Classicism by a noted maker. Fully marked. Very good condition.
