Description
Pair of Robert Maxwell & David Cressey Storage Jars for Earthgender. Studio executed in hand thrown and designed textured earthenware with matching glazed lids, ideal as both a storage solution or a decorative accent. A very clean example from the short-lived and increasingly coveted Earth Gender design collective that only produced pottery for a few glorious years in the early 1970s in Venice, California.
Price is for the pair. Jars also available individually in separate listings. Small jar measures 5.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches at maximum diameter. Larger jar is 6.5 inches tall and 5.5 inches at maximum diameter.
Some age appropriate scuffs, nicks, marks, discoloration and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy. -
