Yokuts large feast bowl
22” diameter x 9” high
11.25 stitches per inch and 8 coils per inch
Woven out of sedge and dyed bracken fern
Very good condition with a few rim breaks and missing stitches
circa 1890-1920
This basket is quite rare. It is finely woven and has survived the years in very good condition. It is coming from a private collection and is being offered fresh to the market. -
