Description
An American flintlock pistol that represents the pinnacle of design, decoration and craftsmanship of the early years of the 19th century. This example exhibits the quality of construction and very similar decorative elements with published examples of the work of Jacob Resor (1784-1820), born in Lancaster, PA and working in Cincinnati.
