Description
It is truly rare to find an old rug with this “super large” format, in a mansion size and even more rare to find such rug that survived in the excellent condition as this rug has. The rug is tightly woven with a complex and crisply executed design. The talented Navajo weaver wove the rug with wool yarns dyed with aniline dyes, natural dyes, and natural fleece colors. The weave is in mint condition with minor spots/stains. All of these factors combine to make this rug a truly extraordinary and coveted piece of history.
