This Malayer rug has a shaded indigo field with a bold flowerhead and boteh vine around a central dusty-pink serrated lozenge with palmette pendants containing angular floral and serrated leaf vine, the dusty-pink spandrels with angular floral and animal motifs, in a narrow light blue linked lozenge and stella-flowerhead border between fox-brown floral vine stripes.
