The shaded medium green field with a central open polychrome cusped medallion flanked by similar part medallions above and below surrounded by meandering tendril vine issuing palmettes and flowerheads, in a broad brick-red border of light blue angular palmettes and serrated leaf vine between ivory floral vine stripes, inner reciprocal Y-pattern stripe.
