Description
An early 20th century Persian Kirman carpet, the beige field having a grid of dense pattern of scrolling vines, trees and blooming floral designs. Entwined stems and vines bear a remarkable display of flowering blossoms and palmettes. All of this is held in place by a multiple border of scrolling vines and botanic patterns with flowers, leaves and palmettes. Colors include beige, blue, brown, camel and light salmon.
