A mid-century Swedish flat-weave rug designed by Ingegerd Silow with woven initials of ‘IS’ at the lower corner. The rug features an open blue-steel field with softly gradated striations run selvage to selvage blending seamlessly from one to the next enclosed with multiple border decorated with stylized geometric pattern. The color pallete consists of blue, steel, purple, navy, gray and beige. Hand-woven from the highest quality materials, this Swedish rug encompasses the love for tradition and the excellent craftsmanship of Scandinavian design. Beautiful fringe on the vintage rug’s top and bottom part is a nice finishing touch, which gives it even more charm.
