AN UNUSUAL LATE 17TH CENTURY NEVERS FAIENCE CHARGER
Painted in cobalt blue on a white ground with a chinoiserie scene which covers the surface area of the charger.
Figures set in a Chinese landscape with trees and flowers, and buildings in the distance.
The rim with a thick blue outline and two thinner ones framing the image.
Nevers, France, late 17th century.
