Antique German Sweet & Small Silver Swan Bird Bowl

German 800 silver figural bird bowl, ca 1920. Cast swan with raised wings, rudder tail, round haunches, and kicked back webbed feet. Sweet and small proportions that nonetheless convey stately grace in the form of erect breast and long and curved neck terminating in closed bill. Hollow gilt-washed interior for holding a selection of treats. Marks include Hanau maker’s stamp (Peter Oberländer). Very good condition with nice patina.
