A beautiful modernist bowl or ashtray featuring a curved handle, shaped like a scoop. Made of polished solid brass. Designed and crafted by Werkstätte Carl Auböck in the 1950s, this piece was originally intended as an ashtray but is equally suited for serving small snacks, such as nuts or as a decorative collector's item on your shelf, desk or table. It is marked and in good condition, with marginal patina.
