Description
This stunning and minimal Mid-Century Modernist patinated Brass Conical Dish was made by the esteemed artist Carl Aubock and originates from Austria, Circa 1950. Features a subtle conical composition rendered in a matt black enamel with an exposed ring of polished brass on the rim of the piece. The walls of the dish taper gracefully downwards with a slight change in angle creating a cylindrical moment supporting the expansion of this subtle and cleverly designed dish. This piece is rendered with a remarkable degree of material precision and creative design. This piece is sure to style beautifully in a wide array of interiors and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Spaces. Signed on the undersurface of the piece by the maker.
