Description
The rare porcelain china pattern Mezzanine or Meat Strainer / Drained, decorated with turquoise color bends around Greek key transferware border in various brown colors. Marked Copeland and under glazed mark of a Crown and impressed Copeland word also a red D4343 number stands for a china pattern/design. Porcelain factory was located in Stoke, Staffordshire, England and this mark was used by the Copeland Co, between 1833-1847..Strainer is in a very good condition for its age with exception of some very minor transferware losses that happened if the firing process.
