Medallion sterling silver tea caddy. Made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1900. Ovoid bowl on stepped and raised foot; domed cover with beaded finial. Bowl has 2 Classical female profiles in rondel applied to dart band on lined ground. A nice example of the enduring popularity of this pattern into the 20th century. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and letters PKM. Very good condition.
