  • Description
Guerrino Tramonti’s work fluctuated effortlessly between painting, sculpture and ceramics throughout his life. This large panel representing a neo-cubist composition, is an early example of his famous still lifes, executed in the form of a thick layer of polychrome double-vitrified glaze applied and fused to the ceramic surface. This technique, the result of Tramonti’s ceaseless research into materials and glazes, became a characteristic feature of many of his works.
