Description
Scandinavian Modern, unique hand built and decorated earthenware bowl depicting an eye. The bowl has a partially glazed exterior and a painterly interior in blue, white and gold. Made by artist Hertha Hilton, it is signed and dated on the bottom 1991.
The Liljevalchs Museum in Stockholm, Sweden honored Hertha Hillfon (1921-2013) in the summer of 2015 with a museum wide exhibit of her works.
