Holdcroft Majolica jug/pitcher which features two fish (carp) swimming and a bamboo handle. Colouration: cobalt blue, turquoise, brown, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Holdcroft pottery. Bears a pattern number, '79'. English diamond registration mark for the date ??/09/1877.
