Description
Antique Silver Coffee Pot or Biggin, hallmarked Sheffield 1909, James Dixon & Sons. The Jug of early 19th century Georgian style, on small circular plain moulded pedestal base, slightly wasted lower fluted body, upper body plain with gadroon rim, hinged cover with mushroom fluted design, plain silver and wood finial, half shield shape wood handle. Fully hallmarked, and hallmarked cover and finial nut. Height: approximately 7 ½ inches. Total Item Weight: approximately 16 ½ oz.
