On offer for your consideration we have a stunning demitasse set of 6 cups and saucers.
This set of porcelain was designed by French designer Jean Luce who worked in Paris from 1921 till the 1950's. In 1935 he designed porcelain and glass for the ocean liner Normandia, he taught at the Ecole des Arts Appliques in Paris and was the technical advisor at Sevres.
The set is beautifully decorated with rose and lilac butterfly's, gold body's all on an elegant cup with a flared rim and a ring handle. This form of cup was first used in the 1920's. A chic set that will be enjoyed by all. -
