    A highly decorative antique Japanese Meiji period bowl decorated with cloisonne enamel patterns. The interior of the bowl is adorned with several panels with traditional benevolent symbols alternating with floral arrangements and surrounding the central medallion depicting a three clawed dragon. The exterior is also adorned with floral and scrolled foliage motifs on a pale blue enamel ground. Unmarked. Circa 188 to 1912.
