Description
Large primitive oval-shaped dug out bowl from Sweden dating to the mid-19th century. Traces of reddish oxblood color paint on bowl exterior. Interior of bowl is scrubbed leaving a darkened finish that highlights the beautiful wood grain of the fruitwood. Inscribed on bottom "PER SODERBERG" with the number "55."
